Styrofoam / Polystyrene

Although, Styrofoam/polystyrene is a form of plastic, unfortunately the city of Tucson does not accept Styrofoam/polystyrene in the recycle blue bin. All foams of styrofoam/polystyrene will have to be disposed of in the waste bin.

Business owners, non-profit program coordinators, and government agency administrators may call (520) 791-5000 or email recycle@tucsoncleanandbeautiful.org to provide updated information on programs and services offered to the public. Community members may also help update the directory by providing new or updated information. TCB will confirm changes with the company or organization.
