Join Tucson Clean and Beautiful for a neighborhood tree planting in Santa Rita Neighborhood on Saturday, January 20th from 9am-11am!

Our team will be meeting in the parking lot of Northside of Santa Rita Park located at 401 E 22nd St.

Please wear close-toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and bring along a refillable water bottle (to reduce plastic waste). We supply all necessary tools, gloves, and filtered drinking water.

Tucson Clean and Beautiful in collaboration with Mayor Romero’s Tucson Million Trees Initiative is dedicated to increasing equity by creating more green spaces and tree canopy in frontline and low-income communities in Tucson that are most impacted by the effects of climate change and extreme heat. For more information about the Tucson Million Trees Initiative, visit https://climateaction.tucsonaz.gov/pages/milliontrees

Help increase our city’s tree canopy, build strong communities and support Mayor Romero’s Tucson Million Trees initiative by volunteering to plant trees! Tree planting is fun for all ages, and volunteers always leave with a sense of accomplishment knowing they’ve made an impact that lasts generations.
