How do I get my tree(s)?
Orders placed for residences within 30 miles of Downtown Tucson will automatically be delivered unless you’ve contacted us to schedule a pickup.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time will vary depending on the season, but we will always try to have orders out within 2 weeks of the order being placed!
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, no one needs to be home for delivery. Unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes, trees will be left on the front porch, within sight of the front door!
How do I schedule a pickup?
To schedule a pickup, email [email protected] BEFORE placing your order on the website. Include “Pick Up” in the subject line, and we’ll provide you with our availability in the response!
Will I be able to get my tree(s) faster if I pick up?
Not necessarily. Pick-up orders are still processed at the same rate. During our busy season (Jan-Apr), deliveries may actually go out faster.
How will I know when my order is coming?
When orders are scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email letting you know which date you can expect them. This notification email is usually sent out on the Monday before delivery.
How big are the trees?
We work almost exclusively with 5-gallon trees. The height will vary depending on the species and range from 2-6ft tall. Smaller trees are easier to plant and generally adapt better to being transplanted into our native soil.
My tree died, will TFT replace it?
No, we cannot guarantee a tree once it’s been planted. If you’re concerned about the condition of a tree, contact us before planting and within 3 days after delivery.
