Thank you for volunteering to help clean Tucson’s beloved Santa Cruz River! Date: Saturday, October 23, 2021 Time: 9am – Noon Choose between three clean up locations: Site 1 – Tucson Water Heritage Site:  meet west of the intersection of S. Santa Cruz Lane and W. 26th Street Site 2 – Mission Lane Site:  meet at the northeast corner of W. Mission Lane (near Mission Garden) and S. Brickyard Lane Site 3 – Camino del Cerro: meet at Diamond St Loop south of Camino del Cerro Tools, clean gloves, and all necessary supplies will be provided. This event is suitable for all ages and abilities. Please wear close-toed shoes, sun protection, and bring a refillable water bottle. Coolers of fresh ice water and handwashing stations will be provided. Masks are required for all non-vaccinated participants. Please maintain distance between other volunteers.
