El Cortez & Sugar Hill Neighborhood Tree Planting

More Info

Join Tucson Clean and Beautiful for a tree planting in El Cortez and Sugar Hill Neighborhoods on Saturday, October 28th from 9am-11am! Our team will be meeting at Mansfield Park located at 2000 N 4th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705. Please wear close-toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and bring along a refillable water bottle (to reduce plastic waste). We supply all necessary tools, gloves, and filtered drinking water. Tucson Clean and Beautiful in collaboration with Mayor Romero’s Tucson Million Trees Initiative is dedicated to increasing equity by creating more green spaces and tree canopy in frontline and low-income communities in Tucson that are most impacted by the effects of climate change and extreme heat.
