City Arbor Day Celebration at Sears Park

You are invited to join Tucson Clean and Beautiful, Mayor Rothschild, and the Director of Parks & Recreation in celebrating the vital role of trees in creating healthy, safe, vibrant communities. Spend a Saturday morning helping to plant 90 trees. Did you know Tucson is a Tree City? This means we are recognized for our urban forestry management. To solidify this status, Mayor Rothschild will read a Tree City proclamation, a statement that honors Tucson and unites us with cities all over the country and the world. The celebration will take place on Saturday, April 27th from 8am to 10am at Sears Park near Park Place, 6051 E 14th St. Visit our event on facebook.
