Day of Connection in Barrio Hollywood + Birding!

Join Tucson Clean & Beautiful and community partners on Saturday, April 20th, 9am-12pm for a Santa Cruz River River Restoration and Clean Up!

Tucson Audubon Society (TAS) will lead an optional Birdwalk from 7:30-8:30am!

Join us for a day of connecting with the Santa Cruz River and community, music, food trucks and more! We will remove litter from the river basin while we celebrate our environment and the birds who live here and sing to us! Experts will be teaching about invasive species and why removing them helps protect our treasured Saguaros & native wildlife. Children under 18 years old must attend with an adult.

Like past days of connection the intention is celebrating the rich connectivity that makes our watershed and our region so culturally and ecologically unique! This means meeting new friends & taking care of our environment together!
