2020-2021 Planting Day Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- Each household is eligible for up to two “free” trees
- “Free” trees must be planted in the front of your home
- Use coupon code during the checkout process to access (up to) two “free” trees
- Agree to water trees as instructed until established (~15 gallons of water 2-3x per week)
- Be present on planting day

You Agree to the Following:
- I understand trees will be planted in the front of my home on planting day with volunteers to assist.
- I agree to water tree(s) as instructed
- I agree to allow Tree Tenders to developmentally prune the tree(s) during tree maintenance events.
